Message	and attach on the side of the heads. Stamped steel, T-shaped. I guess they are there to keep the plenum stable on the short block. Maybe have more of need for that when the car is being builit. I only know that I have had times when the brackets did not seem to fit into the milled flats, so I was wondering if you tightened those first, before torquing down on the upper plenum. _________________________________________________
